Children up to 15 years may be in the parents' passports, but children over 15 years must have their own passport.

Spain is a member of the EU and you can therefore not buy duty free purchases (cigarettes and alcohol) at the airport if You are travelling inside Europe.

Photos
From our hunters we are very interested in receiving photos, which possibly can be used in connection with offers and our annual catalogue appearing at the end of the year. We would very much like to receive the photos as soon as possible after your return. Please note the importance of where the picture is taken, which means that it is best photographing for example the shot stag in the nature and not in front of a house, a Landrover, a fence etc.

Arrival
Upon arrival in Madrid airport (or Malaga) you will be met by a representative for LMR Caza Hunting , who will bring your Spanish licence and help with customs formalities.

Possible Misunderstandings
If, contrary to expectations, any problems should arise during your stay, which you feel unable to solve yourself, please contact us either by phone +45 62 20 25 40 or by fax +45 62 20 25 42, during office hours (Mon-Fri 9.00-17.00). As we have already informed, it is too late to correct any misunderstanding or faults after your return home. Therefore, it is vital that you contact us immediately, if problems arise, in order that we may correct any misunderstanding on the spot. It is only possible for us to react on complaints, brought to our attention immediately and entered into the protocol.

After your return
We are always happy to hear from you, after you have returned home. It is of great importance for us to know, what happens “out there”. This is an important way of developing and possibly improving our hunting tours.  Therefore - whether you wish to praise or criticise - please let us hear from you!

We hope that the above information answers some of the many questions, which you will naturally have before the trip. Should you need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Successful hunting
Even though they have excellent hunting grounds, have all the best equipment as well as well-trained professional hunters, factors such as weather, wind, luck, and the skill of the individual hunter always influence the result. HUNTING IS HUNTING!

It is advisable to be in a reasonable physical condition, and to have done some practice shooting, before leaving.

Weapons
We recommend that you carry 30-40 rounds. Weapons must be stored in a solid rifle suitcase during the flight. Ammunition and the bolt cannot be carried together with the rifle, but must be placed together with other checked in luggage (not in handluggage). In most places you can rent rifles with scopes of an excellent quality, if you do not want the trouble of bringing your own.

Firearm certificate
All hunters travelling to Spain need to bring their EU firearm passport and firearm certificate.

Equipment / Clothing
Generally clothing is recommended as on a normal European hunt. Remember rainproof clothes and good boots.

Hunting
WOUNDED GAME = SHOT GAME. However by wounding an animal you can be also charged for damages/lost meat.

Please notice it is the hunter's duty to inform the people in the hunting area, how the trophies is to be prepared/processed, and it is generally a good idea to show interest in how the skinning of trophies takes place.

If a trophydeposit hasn’t been paid to Limpopo Travel, trophies MUST be paid directly in the hunting area before leaving

Gratuities
Hunting abroad and tips have been closely linked through generations. It is always difficult to give an exact amount, because it depends on your satisfaction with the guides and staff. Nevertheless we recommend € 100 per trophy.

Hunting Protocol
By the end of the stay, a protocol for each hunter is made and must be signed individually. It is very important that if you have any complaints, they must be written in the protocol and that we (Limpopo Travel) are informed during the trip, as we then have the possibility to help you.
